NEU's campus covers an area of 140,000 square meters with modern facilities provided for learning, research and teaching activities, making it one of the leading universities in Vietnam.

          From its establishment, NEU has been continuously upgraded. In addition, thanks to the "Higher Education Project" conducted by the Ministry of Education and Training with financial support from International Development Association (World Bank), a part of its facilities has recently been refurnished. In 2005, the Training Center Building started to be built with the total investment capital of over 800 billion VND.
