Welcoming and working with the delegation at the Institute of Economic Research, Kyoto University, Japan, there was Prof. Yoshihiko Nishiyama - Director of the Institute of Economic Research; Prof. Mizobata Satoshi - Director of Policy Research Center, Kyoto University.
At the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Huy Nhuong shared information about the school's scientific research and consulting activities during nearly 70 years of establishment and development. Next, the delegation members exchanged a number of proposals on scientific research cooperation, including co-organizing research on specialized topics, co-organizing international conferences, and exchanging between scholars/ researchers. Talking with the delegation, Prof. Yoshihiko Nishiyama and Prof. Mizobata Satoshi are looking forward to the meeting to discuss the issues raised by the delegation and highly appreciate the visit and exchange of proposals to expand international cooperation in scientific research on issues of applied economics, growth, and economic policy.
At the end of the meeting, representatives of the two units' agreed on a number of principles and contents of cooperation, such as coordinating research on applied economics and policy research, co-organizing international conferences, exchange of research scholars, support for training of lecturers...
