On March 16 2017, Journal of Economics and Development of the National Economics University organized the seminar on " How to develop research ideas and publish papers in academic journals".
At the seminar, there were Prof. Clifford Shultz - Loyola University Chicago (USA), Chairman of Macromarketing Society, Former Editor-in-chief of Journal of Macromarketing and Prof. Mark Peterson - University of Wyoming College of Business (USA), Editor-in-chief of Journal of Macromarketing.
Prior to the seminar, Prof. Dr. Tran Tho Dat - President had a short meeting with representatives of Macromarketing Society to discuss potential cooperative opportunities between NEU and Macromarketing Society.
Within the framework of project "Upgrading the quality of Journal of Economics and Development (English Version) to international standards", the seminar was held in order to provide useful information and experience of carrying scientific researches reaching international standards and publishing papers in academic journals.
During the seminar, Prof. Clifford Shultz - Chairman of Macromarketing Society, and Prof. Mark Peterson - Editor-in-chief of Journal of Macromarketing delivered speeches on how to develop research ideas and publish papers in academic journals, following by Q&A session between the two professors and young researchers.
