On the morning of March 15, 2019, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Hong Chuong - NEU Vice President welcomed Prof. Karen Bravo - Vice President of Robest Law School H. McKinney, Indiana University, USA to visit and present the lecture at the National Economics University. This time, Prof. Karen Bravo continued his previous work at the university in early January, 2018.
Attending at the meeting, from Robest H. McKinney Law School, Indiana University, USA included Miki Hamstra - Director of the Graduate Program. On the side of the National Economics University, there are Associate Prof. Dr. Tran Van Nam - Head of the Law Faculty; Mr.. Hoang Xuan Truong - Deputy Head of Law Faculty; Mr. Pham Sy Long - Deputy Director of International Cooperation Department; Dr. Luong Thu Ha - Deputy Director of Center for Advanced Educational Programs; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mai Ngoc Anh - Deputy Head of Faculty of Management Science.
At the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Hong Chuong - NEU Vice President sent the special sentiments to Prof.. Karen Bravo ,who had dedicated to the National Economics University and continued his lectures so that the lecturers and students of the University could have a new look and better understand the US legal system.
The two sides continued to discuss the possibility for the graduates of the University to access the Master of Law / Master of Business Administration Program at Robest H. McKinney Law School, Indiana University, USA through scholarship and summer exchange programs.
After the exchange with the representative of the University, Prof. Karen Bravo gave a lecture to the Faculty of Law with the topic "Corporate Governance: Overview of the US Legal System" and attracted the attention of numerous Law Faculty students. Many questions about the responsibilities of the Board of Directors, and the role of shareholders in the company were sent to the Professor. The lecture ended in an intimate atmosphere between teachers and Law Faculty for distinguished guests from Indiana University.
