On the afternoon of 1st October 2018, Prof. Dr. Tran Tho Dat – NEU President had a meeting with President Anka Mulder of Saxion University of Applied Sciences, the Netherland. This was a a chance to enhance the strategic relationship between National Economics University and Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
Accompanying with President Anka Mulder was Mr. Peter Van Dam – Dean of School of Life Sciences, Engineering and Design, Mr. Sander Reiderink – Dean of School of Economics, Finance and Accounting, Mr. Janco Bonnink – Director of International Offices, Ms. Ngo Ngoc – General Manager of Strategic Partnerships.
From NEU side, there were Assoc. Prof. Le Trung Thanh – Dean of NEU Graduate School, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Huy Nhuong – Director of Center for Advanced Educational Programs, Dr. Dao Thanh Tung – Director of Department of International Cooperation, Dr. Vu Van Ngoc – Deputy Director of Department of Personnel, and others NEU staffs.
At the meeting, Prof. Dr. Tran Tho Dat – NEU President have a general introduction and the achievement in education and training of NEU.The President expected that the cooperation relationship between the two universities would be enhanced in the near future by developing cooperative activities such as joint training programs, student and staff exchange, short-course and joint research project.
Ms. Anka Mulder – President of Saxion University of Applied Sciences thanked for the warm hospitality of NEU. She emphasized that the relationship between the two sides would be developed to the next steps in the future.
The delegation of Saxion University of Applied Sciences also had a meeting with NEU students.
