With the enthusiasm of new students, Phan Quynh Trang - a 3rd-year student at International School of Management and Economics encouraged them to take the time to discover what they were and what they wanted because each person had a distinctive color and personality. She said: "I find it very difficult to say that being introvert or extrovert is better. To me, introverts will have the opportunity to listen and watch more while extroverts will help express a self more. However, never try to force yourself into another image, try to make yourself better. The training programs of International School are an ideal environment for us to "dare" to do things we are afraid of. If 'challenging yourself' is an investment, I think that success or failure is not important. Sometimes, failure is not unsuccessful. The lessons you will have here, though the effect may not be immediately obvious, but I believe that these things will help you a lot in the future. "
