On October 7th 2019, Assoc. Prof. Bui Duc Tho, Vice President of National Economics University had a meeting with Ritsumeikan University, Japan.
Attending the meeting, toward Ritsumeikan University, there was Noritomo HATA, Head of Representative Office in Vietnam; Prof. INASAWA, Deputy Head of Economics Faculty, Ritsumeikan University, Japan. Toward National Economics University, there were Assoc. Prof. Bui Duc Tho, Vice President and Dr. Dao Thanh Tung, Head of International Cooperation Department.
Assoc. Prof. Bui Duc Tho warmly welcomed all delegations from Ritsumeikan University to visit National Economics University. At the meeting, two universities had discussed cooperation contents in the near future to develop human resources through exchange research projects. This cooperation also provided exchange opportunities and improved research ability for students and lecturers in both universities.
Ritsumeikan University was a reputated university in Asia and all over the world and established in 1900. Ritsumeikan University belonged to Ritsumeikan Education Group, one of the most prestigious education group in Japan with more than 130 years of history. Nowadays, Ritsumeikan University was known as one of the top universities in Japan, especially for International Relation program with the highest ranked in Japan. In March, 2018, Ritsumeikan University had established Ritsumeikan University office in Vietnam.
At the end of the meeting, both universities hoped to have concrete and strictly cooperation in the future.
