We are here today not only to sign an MOU. The signing of an MOU is easy. The words of collaboration and partnership are easy to say, but to truly come together to do something productive after the signing of the MOU is very difficult. We want USC students to come here to study, may be for short period time, may be for longer period time. We want students from National Economics University to come to South Carolina even for short period time for 1 week, for a summer, for a semester, or possibly even to create some 2+2 programs that student can receive degrees possibly even from both universities. And then, we also want our professors, our faculties to have cooperation and exchange to work together, to conduct researches, to write books together, to work in private sectors together. So I am delighted to sign an MOU with President Dat, and I am so happy to see many NEU students to be here with us. We have planned to do even work tomorrow, the following months and through the years to welcome you all to the University of South Carolina. Hopefully in one year we will gain achievement together and both of us will be the best universities, the University of South Carolina will be better and National Economics University of Vietnam will also be better.
