In early December 2019, the school delegation led by Prof. Dr. Tran Tho Dat - Chairman of the University Council and Assoc.Prof. Dr. Pham Hong Chuong - President had a working visit at the Australian National University (ANU), La Trobe University, Monash University, and Macquarie University. Members of the delegation also included Assoc. Prof. Dr. To Trung Thanh - Head of Science Management Division; Assoc.Prof.Dr. Vu Huy Thong - Head of Marketing Department; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ta Van Loi - Director of International Trade and Economics Institute.
Representatives of Australian universities warmly welcomed the delegation and they discussed effectively the possibilities of cooperation in many aspects. From 2020, ANU will be the official partner and co-host CIEMB international seminar of the University. They would participate in the review and article selection, invite speakers, publish Special Issue for 2 economic magazines ISI / Scopus of ANU. In addition, in 2020, there will be an intensive seminar at ANU and this is an integral part of the annual CIEMB. The delegation also discussed with Crawford / ANU about the Distance Master's Program training method (1 + 1) in Environmental Management, which is tuition funded by the Australian Government.
In the coming year, NEU would consider the program of sending lecturers/officers to study teaching and scientific research experiences at these universities in the fields of Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance Valuation, Accounting, etc...; promote cooperation in training students in the training method of 2 + 2 (or 3 + 1) in Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing - Digital Marketing, Economics - International Business, Insurance Valuation,.. and the Ph.D. program in English.
