On the morning of March 26, 2019, Mr. Nadav Eshcar - Israel Ambassador in Vietnam paid a working visit to the National Economics University.
Welcoming and working with Mr. Nadav Eshcar, on National Economics University side, there were Prof. Dr. Tran Tho Dat - NEU President; Mr. Pham Sy Long - Deputy Head of International Cooperation Department.
Glad to welcome Mr. Nadav Eshcar - Israel Ambassador in Vietnam for the first time visit and work at the university, Prof. Dr. Tran Tho Dat gave a brief introduction on the history of formation, construction and development of National Economics University, at the same time introducing outstanding achievements in the school's training, scientific research and international cooperation. Her also said that in 2019, the school opened many new industries which are the combination of economic fields, management with information technology, data science industry to provide high quality human resources, meeting the demand for domestic and foreign enterprises and organizations.
Mr. Nadav Eshcar gave a brief introduction of Israel's education system and said that Israel was very interested in training sectors such as Financial Investment, Business financial technology sales … whereas, the National Economics University was developing these subjects because these are the sectors meeting the high demand of the labor market in the context of the industrial revolution 4.0 and international integration. At the same time, Mr. Nadav Eshcar also sent an invitation to the Rector for the meeting between the leaders of the Universities and the Embassy's members in June.
The meeting ended well, opening up cooperation opportunities between National Economics University and Israel partners in general in the future.
